To be eligible to access the Medicare rebate for a Telehealth consultation, you must have an existing relationship (been seen face to face by one of our doctors) within the practice in the preceding 12 months. The established relationship requirement does not apply to children under the age of 12 months. This is a mixed billing practice. fees are based on not only the time spent during consult but the complexity of the medical problem

Certain procedures – Wound Dressing/Ear Syringe/Mirena Removal/Excisions/Suturing/Foreign body removal/ Implanon/Punch biopsy etc may attract a fee. Please check with the reception before make the appointment.
At the time of your visit, you will be required to pay for your consultation. Payments can be made via cash, credit card or EFTPOS. We can refund eligible Medicare claims on the same day.
Cancellation Fee Non-attendance Fee – $40+GST will apply if you miss the appointment or fail to cancel the appointment 3 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Repeat Prescriptions– In exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the treating doctor, a collection of a script may be possible but will attract a fee of $25 /-.

Any concern related to the payment can be discussed with our receptionist at the booking prior to the consultation.
